What happens after I apply?
Your information is reviewed. If a beta spot is available, you’ll receive a private link and invitation code for 25 free visualizations.
Do I need a credit card for the beta?
No. The private beta does not require a credit card and does not automatically begin a paid subscription.
What happens after I use the 25 free visualizations?
Your beta access pauses. You can choose the Founding Contractor plan to continue, or simply stop using the service.
What happens after all 20 beta spots are taken?
The founding beta closes permanently. New contractors receive a five-visualization demo for up to seven days, then may choose the contractor plan at $79 per month plus the same $99 one-time customization fee.
How long do I keep the $59 founding rate?
Original beta contractors who subscribe within their seven-day conversion period keep the $59 monthly founding rate while that subscription remains continuously active and in good standing. If the subscription is canceled and later restarted, the current contractor price applies.
How do the 100 monthly visualizations work?
The paid plan includes 100 visualizations during each monthly billing period. Your allowance resets to 100 on your next billing date. Unused visualizations expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over to the following month.
What happens if I use all 100 visualizations?
New visualizations pause when you reach 100. You will never be charged an automatic overage fee. Your completed visualizations remain available, and you can wait for your next monthly reset or contact us to purchase additional visualizations.
Will my company name and logo appear on my visualizer?
Yes. The paid $99 customization includes your company name and logo, account configuration, and preparation of up to 50 coating colors. The free beta uses the standard Floor Visualizer branding until customization is completed.
Can I add the visualizer to my company website?
Yes. After signup and customization, we provide a website embed link. You or your website provider can then add it to your website.
Are the images guaranteed to match the completed floor exactly?
No. They are sales concepts. Actual color, texture, lighting, concrete conditions, and completed installations will vary.
